Why is my order not eligible for Return Assurance?

Thank you for your interest in Return Assurance. Unfortunately not all orders are eligible to add Return Assurance. There are many factors that go into the eligibility of an order.

  • The Return Assurance eligibility and pricing model is based on 100s of factors. Certain factors may be affected while building out your cart which cause your order to become ineligible.

  • Return Assurance is not currently available on orders outside of the USA. Even if you are a US citizen living abroad, the order will unfortunately not be eligible at this time. All orders must be placed from the USA and shipped to the USA to be eligible for Return Assurance.

  • If you are using an Ad Blocker or a VPN you may still see Return Assurance show up while located outside of the USA. If you were to include Return Assurance in your international order we will send you an email notifying you that a refund for the Seel Return Assurance fee will be sent. Please note the order will not be eligible for Return Assurance.

  • Our pricing model is based on 100s of factors for determining eligibility of orders. Unfortunately, not all orders will be eligible at this time.
